Arctic Ops calls Off PB

Arctic ops leader , Tom , has called off the PB against us as our army is too small and we haven’t entered SMAC as well.

At this time we are only having practice battles with armies that reach 7+ on SMAC.. And ur army is too small. Sorry for calling off the PB : )
